How to Reduce Your
Property Taxes
It is not necessary
to hire a company to file your
Decline-in-Value Reassessment Application (Prop. 8)
in order to attempt to have your property taxes reduced.
You can do it yourself by following these steps:

2. Follow this link to find
comparable properties:
L.A. County Parcel Viewer
3: Fill out the Application,
enter the comparable properties, follow the instruction and mail
your application to the L.A. County Assessor's Office.
If you are unable to
complete this process on your own, or you cannot find comparable
properties, we can assist you in completing the process for a
nominal fee.
